Our transportation services are offered on a reservation basis. We strive to arrive promptly and deliver you safely to your destination, but cannot guarantee arrival times in the event of traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

2. Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due upon booking or completion of service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Text Messaging

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding your trip. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe by replying STOP at any time.

4. Liability

New Milford Car Service is not liable for delays, missed flights, or damages resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their belongings during travel.

5. Intellectual Property
